Website report copies are removed 30 days after successful delivery; copies with unresolved delivery failures remain available for recovery. Job records needed to provide services or meet legal obligations may be retained separately.

Sending a service enquiry does not subscribe you to promotional emails. If you allow advertising cookies, we use Google advertising identifiers and enquiry or booking outcomes to measure adverts and build a 30-day audience for relevant reminders. Report contents, phone numbers, email addresses and notes are not sent to general website analytics or this advertising outcome connection. You can withdraw advertising permission through Cookie settings at any time. We also keep a secure enquiry-reference cookie for up to 90 days to apply that change to the matching enquiry.
